Built-in Appliance Installation Guide – Kuvora

To ensure proper installation of your built-in appliance, it is important that the kitchen cabinet is prepared according to the cutout/carcass dimensions mentioned in the product specifications. These dimensions must be shared with your kitchen manufacturer before installation.

For safe and efficient performance, please ensure:

• The rear side of the cabinet is left open or has proper ventilation slots
  
• Adequate airflow is maintained inside the cabinet space
  
• An appropriate electrical point is installed as per the product manual, preferably positioned behind the appliance
  

Improper ventilation or incorrect electrical setup may affect product performance and can void the warranty.

Installation Process After Purchase

Once you purchase a built-in appliance from Kuvora, the installation process includes:

• Fitting the appliance into the prepared cabinet space
  
• Basic product setup and demonstration by the technician
  

Please note:

Installation charges are payable directly to the authorized service technician. For proper functioning and warranty validation, installation must be completed by an authorized company technician only.

What is Included in Standard Installation

Standard installation generally covers:

• Placement and mounting of the appliance into the pre-prepared cavity
  
• Connection to electrical or gas supply
  
• Basic product demonstration
  

Electrical wires, sockets, pipes, or connectors required for installation may not be included in the product package and can be arranged separately, if needed, during installation.

What is Not Included

Standard installation does not include:

• Civil work, carpentry, drilling, or cutting of kitchen cabinets
  
• Creation of cabinet cutout or modification of kitchen structure
  
• Removal or shifting of old appliances
  
• Any third-party service arrangements outside authorized installation
  

Any external arrangement made directly with technicians outside official service scope will not be covered under Kuvora warranty or responsibility.

Important Note

The cabinet cutout must be ready before the technician arrives for installation. Improper preparation may delay installation or lead to additional charges.

When Replacement is Applicable

A replacement request can be raised in the following situations:

• The product delivered is damaged or has a manufacturing defect
  
• The item received is different from what was ordered
  
• You receive an incorrect product
  
• Any essential part or accessory is missing
  

When Replacement / Return is Not Applicable

Replacement or return requests will not be accepted under these conditions:

• The product is no longer required after delivery
  
• The product does not fit your intended space or setup
  
• Incorrect understanding or misinterpretation of product specifications
  

Customers are advised to carefully review product dimensions, features, and details before placing an order.

Important Note

All approved replacements must be unused and returned in original packaging along with all accessories.
