Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Charges
We offer free standard shipping on all orders across India. There are no hidden fees at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 0–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 6-7 business days, depending on your location.

We work with reliable logistics partners like Blue Dart and Delhivery to ensure safe and timely deliveries.
Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link and tracking number. You can use this information to monitor the status of your shipment in real time.
Change of Shipping Address
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at support@kuvora.in within 24 hours of placing your order. Address changes cannot be made once the order is in transit.
Delivery Issues
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, or if parts are missing, contact us immediately at +91 9024445990 or support@kuvora.in. Please mention your order ID, product name/code, and describe the issue clearly.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, please email us a photo of the item received. We will arrange for a return pickup and promptly ship the correct item. Please do not return any item on your own, as shipping costs for such returns will not be reimbursed.
